The enclosed patio is 75 feet long and has a separate bathroom, two chaise lounge chairs and a table with four chairs. The heated pool is 27 feet long with stairs at the shallow end for easy entry by young children. The pool depth ranges from about 3 feet to approximately 6 feet.

Unlike many rental homes, the pool deck is very private - you will not feel like the neighbors are crowding you or invading your privacy!
