Checking in and out is easy. You do not have to go to the management company office to check in or check out. We installed a digital keypad on the front door of the house.

Once you complete the online order, we will email you the current code so that you can go directly to the house upon your arrival in Florida. The directions and tips for Disney will be included in the email. This is not an automated process, so it may take us a day to get you the information.

Deposit. A $300 refundable deposit will automatically be added to your order. The deposit will be refunded after your vacation is complete assuming there is no damage to the house - it usually takes about 10 days.
