Rentals are Saturday at 4pm to the following Saturday at 11am.

Generally, the rates are as follows:

In season $850 per week: February, March (excluding spring break), April (excluding spring break), June, July, August, October.

Out of season $700 per week: January, May, September, November (excluding Thanksgiving) and December (excluding Xmas and New Years).

Peak $1050 per week: Spring break (last week in March and first two weeks in April), Thanksgiving (Saturday before Thanksgiving to the Saturday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas (Saturday before Christmas to the Saturday after New Years Eve).

Pool and spa heat is optional for any week at $150 for the week. Just add it to your shopping basket.

All rates include cleaning fees.

Taxes of 12% will be added to your shopping basket at checkout.

ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE FULL PREPAYMENT AND CAN NOT BE MODIFIED OR CANCELED ONCE BOOKED. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED WHEN YOU CHECK OUT FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY.
