RESERVATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM FOR: The Williams' Home on White Court in Oak Island Harbor in Kissimmee, FL 34747.

We agree to lease your home for one week at the rate of $893  plus 12% Florida tax. The total, including tax $1000 for the week. Reservation period is for a Saturday to Saturday period checking in on Saturday,  __________, ____ and checking out Saturday _______, _____. Check in time is 4:00P.M. – Check out time is 11:00 A.M.  This rental rate not valid for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Spring Break (Mid March to Third Week in April)

Pool and spa heat is $150 for the  week.  I would like pool heat:  Yes ___  No___ Special: Pool and spa heat free during September and January.

A security deposit of $300 is required to hold a reservation date, and will be refunded to the renter within 10 days after keys have been returned to owner or management company with the understanding that the home is left in the same good condition as upon arrival. The option of our representative is absolute. No refunds for early check outs or cancellations within 60 days of reservation date. If reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to reservation date, deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge. Exceeding the number of people listed below on this contract without the owner’s written permission forfeits tenants security deposit.

$1000, total rental amount, is required one month prior to check in. If you desire pool and spa heat, then $1150 is required one month prior to check in.
