RESERVATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM FOR: The Williams' Home on White Court in Oak Island Harbor in Kissimmee, FL 34747.

We agree to lease your home for seven nights at the rate of $900 for the week. This includes 12% Florida tax (13% beginning July 1) Reservation period is for seven nights checking in, Saturday, __________, ____ and checking out Saturday, _______, _____. The option of our representative is absolute. No refunds for early check outs or cancellations within 60 days of reservation date. If reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to reservation date, deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge. Exceeding the number of people listed below on this contract without the owner’s written permission forfeits tenants security deposit.
