Rentals are Saturday at 4pm to the following Saturday at 11am.
Generally, the rates are as follows:
In season $1000 per week: February, March (excluding spring break), April
(excluding spring break), June, July, August, October. Pool and spa heat is
optional at $150 for the week. See sample

Out of season $900 per week: January, May, September, November (excluding
Thanksgiving) and December (excluding Xmas and New Years). Also includes
pool and spa heat. See sample reservation form.
Peak $1200 per week: Spring break (last week in March and first two weeks
in April), Thanksgiving (Saturday before Thanksgiving to the Saturday after
Thanksgiving) and Christmas (Saturday before Christmas to the Saturday after
New Years Eve). Pool and spa heat is optional at $150 for the week. See

All rates include taxes and cleaning fees.
